Transformational, Leadership & Ontological Coaching
In essence, transformational coaching seeks to create a profound transformation in the individual as a whole, which naturally extends to their leadership style. Leadership coaching, on the other hand, primarily targets specific leadership skills and behaviors to enhance a leader’s effectiveness. These coaching styles can be used individually or in combination to help leaders reach their full potential and inspire positive change within their organizations.
Transformational Coaching
Transformational coaching is a highly personalized journey, and the effectiveness of the coaching relationship often depends on the chemistry and trust between the coach and the client. It’s a collaborative process where the coach facilitates the client’s growth and transformation, but the client is the driving force behind their own development.
Transformational Coaching:
Transformational coaching is a holistic approach that aims to bring about profound, lasting changes in an individual’s life. In the context of leadership, it seeks to transform leaders into more effective and inspirational figures. Here are some key aspects.

Ontological Coaching
Life Coaching is a mutual partnership between a coach and a willing individual which connects at the deep personal level of beliefs, values and vision, and which enables the realization of extraordinary results through a process of discovery, goal setting and specific action steps.
Life Coaching is also a technology, a methodology and a style of relating that focuses on the development of human potential. Coaching is inter-developmental in that the collaboration develops both the coach and the individual being coached.
Ontological coaching is not a process based on a script known by the coach. It is about enabling others to better serve themselves, expand their possibilities, increase their capacity to learn, act more effectively and better design their future. There is artistry and deep learning in ontological approach.
Ontological coaching focuses on the right now – how we presently show up in life through our body, emotions and language. Then understanding what is working for you and what is not, applied directly to your life as a unique individual.
Ontological life coaching relies heavily on your familial, historic and cultural past to understand what behaviors create barriers in your life.
LOOK AROUND YOU
Everything you see in our physical world started as an idea, an idea that grew as it was shared and expressed, until it grew enough into a physical object through a number of steps. You literally become what you think about most. Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most.
The world is literally your mirror, enabling you to experience in the physical plane what you hold as your truth … until you change it.
Quantum physics shows us that the world is not the hard and unchangeable thing it may appear to be. Instead, it is a very fluid place continuously built up using our individual and collective thoughts.
An ontological coach is a particular kind of coach who embodies the powerful distinctions of the “Ontology of Language”, also spoken of as the “Ontology of the Human Observer”, and who is able to support people in achieving their goals and creating a new way of being.
Even though people often know what they want in life, quite often they do not know how to get there. Similarly, they do not always know how to avoid what they do not want. Sometimes, people do not even know what is missing for them
The role of an ontological coach is not to tell people how to be or behave, rather to assist them to identify and achieve what they desire
Many times, when people do not like the results they are getting, they first change their actions. But focusing on actions without first changing their perspective (“observer”) toward the situation only produces more of the same results.
To truly change the results, an emphasis on the way the “observer” (the client) perceives herself and the world around her must be made. This is done through bringing in the learning domains of physiology (body posture), emotions & moods and language.
You literally become what you think about most.
Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most.
Nobel Prize winning physicists have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in milliseconds, over and over again. Nothing is solid. They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see.
